Uses the handy TO-39 package.This part serves as a voltage reference and is controlled by a Buried Zener, Series, Shunt signal.In order to measure voltage accurately, a tolerance of 0.05% must be used.Part 3 has its pins 3 settled.It can be used by applications with 10mA inputs.There is Through Hole suitable application for Through Hole.A high-quality communication channel is not available at the moment.This voltage reference ic's maximum output voltage amounts to 10V when compared to its input voltage.The maximum input voltage for this part is 40V, which means that voltage input should be limited accordingly.It should be operated at a temperature not exceeding 125°C.Temperatures as low as -55°C degrees Celsius are not an issue.It outputs voltage 10V.At idle, the part uses 20mA.
