A handy package called SOIC is used.It is used as a voltage reference and is controlled by Dual, Shunt.A precise voltage reference must have a tolerance of 1.2%.Input is taken from a Fixed form.20mA input applications can use the reference voltage.For Surface Mount applications, the reference voltage is appropriate.Generally, the cathode current should be 20μA.Its lowest voltage output is 7V.Temperatures above 85°C are not recommended for operation.The unit can operate at temperatures as low as -40°C.A voltage of 1.2V is output.
