LT1161IN Overview

For greater flexibility, its N package is used.Configuration is based on 4 drivers.Its configuration is based on a total of 20 terminations.At the time of design, it is configured with 20 pins.In order to operate, a voltage of 24V has to be applied.There is a maximum operating temperature of 85°C.Minimum operating temperatures are allowed to be -40°C.The maximum voltage for operation is 48V.A supply voltage of 8V is the minimum value required to operate the device.Mosfet gate drivers is recommended that the operating supply voltage be set to 24V.Its input is characterized by the value GATED.A supply current of greater than 6.5mA cannot be used when the device is being operated.
