LT1236AIS8-5 Overview
A handy SOIC package is used.Uses the handy Buried Zener, Series package.Voltage reference with 0.05% tolerance.The user can enter input on the Fixed form.The voltage reference ic is settled with 8 pins.Applications with 10mA input are suitable for the reference voltage.Surface Mount applications are appropriate for the voltage reference.The maximum output voltage is 5V.There is 5V voltage output lower than 5V from the voltage reference ic.The ambient temperature should not exceed 85°C.Temperatures as low as -40°C degrees Celsius are -40°C problem for it.The output voltage is 5V.Idle parts use 1.2mA.The supply current is 1.5mA.
