LT1236CCS8-10 Overview
A handy package called SOIC is used.It is used as a voltage reference and is controlled by Buried Zener, Series, Shunt.The handy Bulk variable is used in this program.A precise voltage reference must have a tolerance of 0.1%.Input is taken from a Fixed form.The voltage reference ic has 8 pins that are settled.10mA input applications can use the reference voltage.For Surface Mount applications, the reference voltage is appropriate.A maximum voltage of 10V is generated by it.Generally, the cathode current should be 1.7mA.Its lowest voltage output is 10V.Temperatures above 70°C are not recommended for operation.The unit can operate at temperatures as low as 0°C.A voltage of 10V is output.Idling uses 1.7mA.There is 2mA current supplied to it.
