LT1431CZ Overview
There is a handy package TO-226-3 used in this program.Shunt control is used to control the part as a voltage reference.An external package of Bulk encloses the voltage reference ic.Voltage measurements with a tolerance of 0.4%.Pins 3 are settled in the part.It is able to handle 100mA input applications.Applicable to Through Hole applications.It is possible to communicate at high quality through 1 channels.The maximum output voltage of this voltage reference ic is 36V.Cathode currents should be 1mA in most cases.70°C more than 70°C should be the ambient temperature for it to operate.It is capable of operating at temperatures as low as 0°C degrees Celsius.36V volts are output.
