TO-226-3 is used to simplify the process.Based on the Adjustable, Shunt control, this part serves as a voltage reference.The voltage reference should have 0.4% tolerance.A voltage reference ic with 3 pins is settled.It can be used with 100mA inputs.There are Through Hole applications that can be used with the reference voltage.Communications with high quality are limited to 1 channels.The cathode current of a voltage reference ic should be 1mA.Since the part's max input voltage is 36V, users should limit the voltage accordingly.An ambient temperature of 85°C should be used for operation.The voltage reference circuit can operate at a temperature of -40°C.Voltage 36V is outputted.
