LT1461CIS8-3 Overview
Uses the handy SOIC package.This part serves as a voltage reference and is controlled by a Series signal.The external packaging contains Bulk.In order to measure voltage accurately, a tolerance of 0.08% must be used.Input can be entered via a Fixed form.It can be used by applications with 100mA inputs.There is Surface Mount suitable application for Surface Mount.In terms of voltage output, the lowest voltage is 3V.It should be operated at a temperature not exceeding 85°C.Temperatures as low as -40°C degrees Celsius are not an issue.It outputs voltage 3V.At idle, the part uses 50μA.A supply current of 70μA volts powers this voltage reference circuit.
