SOIC is used to simplify the process.Based on the Series control, this part serves as a voltage reference.Different functions are terminated with 8.The voltage reference should have 0.15% tolerance.IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 5V.Having 1 outputs is sufficient.Users can enter input using the Fixed form.During reflow soldering, the temperature shouldn't rise above 255.A voltage reference ic with 8 pins is settled.It can be used with 100mA inputs.There are Surface Mount applications that can be used with the reference voltage.It has a maximum output voltage of 5V.5V voltage lower than 5V can be output by the voltage reference ic.0 volts is the required supply voltage.An ambient temperature of 125°C should be used for operation.The voltage reference circuit can operate at a temperature of -40°C.Voltage 5V is outputted.During idle time, the voltage reference circuit uses 50μA.Current supply is 70μA.
