LT1521CST-5#TR Description
LT1521CST-5#TR belongs to the family of low dropout regulators with micropower quiescent current and shutdown. Based on its low quiescent current, 12μA operating and 6μA in shutdown, it is ideally suitable for battery-powered systems. It is able to operate with very small output capacitors. Compared to most older devices require between 10μF and 100μF for stability, it is stable with only 1.5μF on the output. Manufacturability can be enhanced based on small ceramic capacitors.
