LT1634BCS8-5#TR Overview
SOIC is used to simplify the process.Based on the Shunt control, this part serves as a voltage reference.The voltage reference should have 0.05% tolerance.Users can enter input using the Fixed form.It can be used with 30mA inputs.There are Surface Mount applications that can be used with the reference voltage.The cathode current of a voltage reference ic should be 15μA.5V voltage lower than 5V can be output by the voltage reference ic.An ambient temperature of 70°C should be used for operation.The voltage reference circuit can operate at a temperature of 0°C.Voltage 5V is outputted.
