LT1761ES5-2#TR Description


LT1761ES5-2#TR is a type of micropower, low noise, low dropout regulator specifically designed for battery-powered systems based on low 20μA quiescent current. It is able to operate over an input voltage from 1.8V to 20V, and can supply 100mA of output current with a dropout voltage of 300mV. Compared to many other regulators, it can ensure that the quiescent current is well controlled, not rising in dropout. A suite of protection functions is provided, including reverse battery protection, current limiting, thermal limiting and reverse current protection.
