LT1762EMS8-3 Description


LT1762EMS8-3 is a type of micropower, low noise, low dropout regulator specifically designed for use in battery-powered systems based on the low 25μA quiescent current. Output noise drops to 20μVRMS over a 10Hz to 100kHz bandwidth due to an external 0.01μF bypass capacitor. Compared with other regulators, small ceramic capacitors can be used without the series resistance. A suite of protection functions is provided, including reverse battery protection, current limiting, thermal limiting and reverse current protection.
