LT1762EMS8-3.3 Description
The micropower, low noise, and low dropout regulators in the LT?1762 series. The devices have a dropout voltage of 270mV and can deliver output current of 150mA. Because of the low 25-A quiescent current, they are perfect for use in battery-powered systems. Quiescent current is well controlled; unlike many other regulators, it does not increase during dropout.
