LT1762EMS8-5 Description


The LT1762EMS8-5 is a micropower, low noise, low dropout regulator. The LT1762EMS8-5 can supply 150mA of output current with a dropout voltage of 270mV. Designed for use in battery-powered systems, the low 25μA quiescent current makes them an ideal choice. Quiescent current is well controlled; it does not rise in dropout as it does with many other regulators.
