SOT-23-6 is used to simplify the process.Based on the Series control, this part serves as a voltage reference.The voltage reference should have 0.1% tolerance.Users can enter input using the Fixed form.A voltage reference ic with 6 pins is settled.It can be used with 5mA inputs.There are Surface Mount applications that can be used with the reference voltage.It has a maximum output voltage of 2.048V.2.048V voltage lower than 2.048V can be output by the voltage reference ic.An ambient temperature of 70°C should be used for operation.The voltage reference circuit can operate at a temperature of 0°C.Voltage 2.05V is outputted.During idle time, the voltage reference circuit uses 60μA.Current supply is 75μA.
