The reference voltage makes use of the handy SOT-23-6 package.This part is used as a voltage reference and has a Series control.External packaging Cut Tape encloses the voltage reference ic.Tolerance of 0.1% for precise voltage measurements.A Fixed form is available for input by the user.Inputs of 5mA are compatible with the reference voltage.The application is suitable for Surface Mount.3.3V is the lowest voltage the voltage reference ic can output.It should operate at a temperature 70°C higher than 70°C.Temperatures as low as 0°C can be tolerated by it.Voltage is output at 3.3V.In idle mode, the voltage reference circuit uses 60μA.This voltage reference circuit runs on a supply current of 80μA volts.
