There is a handy package SOT-23-6 used in this program.Series control is used to control the part as a voltage reference.An external package of Cut Tape (CT) encloses the voltage reference ic.Voltage measurements with a tolerance of 0.1%.Input can be entered on a Fixed form.Pins 6 are settled in the part.It is able to handle 5mA input applications.Applicable to Surface Mount applications.Its lowest output voltage is 4.096V.70°C more than 70°C should be the ambient temperature for it to operate.It is capable of operating at temperatures as low as 0°C degrees Celsius.4.1V volts are output.As soon as a part is idle, it uses 60μA.80μA supply current is required to run the voltage reference circuit.
