LT1790BIS6-3#TR Overview
SOT-23-6 is used to simplify the process.Based on the Series control, this part serves as a voltage reference.The voltage reference should have 0.1% tolerance.Users can enter input using the Fixed form.It can be used with 5mA inputs.There are Surface Mount applications that can be used with the reference voltage.3V voltage lower than 3V can be output by the voltage reference ic.An ambient temperature of 85°C should be used for operation.The voltage reference circuit can operate at a temperature of -40°C.Voltage 3V is outputted.During idle time, the voltage reference circuit uses 60μA.Current supply is 80μA.
