LT3060ETS8-5#PBF Description
Micropower, low dropout voltage (LDO), linear regulators in the LT?3060 series work between 1.6V and 45V of input supply. With a typical dropout voltage of 300 mV, the devices deliver an output current of 100 mA. Programmable low noise reference performance and output soft-start functionality are provided by a single external capacitor. The LT3060's quiescent current is only 40 A, and it has quick transient response with an output capacitor of no less than 2.2 F. Quiescent current falls below 1 A during shutdown, and the reference soft-start capacitor is reset.
