LT3063MPMS8E#PBF Description

The LT?3063 is a set of fixed output and adjustable variants of a micropower, low dropout (LDO), linear regulator that operates over a 1.6V to 45V supply range. The output current of the device is 200mA, while the normal dropout voltage is 300mV. Programmable low noise reference performance and output soft-start functionality are provided by a single external capacitor. The LT3063's quiescent current is only 45 A, and it has quick transient response with an output capacitor of no less than 3.3 F. Quiescent current falls below 3 A during shutdown, and the reference soft-start capacitor is reset.
