LT6660JCDC-5#TRMPBF Overview


An easy-to-use DFN package is used.The handy Series package is used in this program.This program uses the handy Tape & Reel (TR) package.For precise voltage reference, use 0.4% tolerance.Input can be entered into Fixed forms.In the voltage reference ic, there are 3 pins.For applications with 20mA inputs, the reference voltage is suitable.Surface Mount applications are compatible with the voltage reference.It is not possible for the voltage reference ic to output a voltage lower than 5V.Ambient temperatures should not exceed 70°C.Despite its low operating temperature, it can still function at 0°C degrees Celsius.There is 240μA supply current flowing through the voltage reference circuit.
