The SOIC package provides greater flexibility.Gate drivers is configured wGate driversh 2 drivers.During design, it is configured with 8 pins.Mosfet driver is possible for the output current to be as low as 23μA.The basis has 2 integrated outputs.Temperatures greater than 85°C are not allowed.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a temperature of -40°C.In order for the device to operate, the supply voltage must be 24V.Its minimum operating voltage is 9V.In order to operate properly, the operating supply voltage should be set to 10V.
