A handy package called SOIC is used.It is used as a voltage reference and is controlled by Series.A precise voltage reference must have a tolerance of 0.15%.Input is taken from a Fixed form.10mA input applications can use the reference voltage.For Surface Mount applications, the reference voltage is appropriate.Its lowest voltage output is 3V.Temperatures above 70°C are not recommended for operation.The unit can operate at temperatures as low as 0°C.A voltage of 3V is output.Idling uses 4μA.There is 8.5μA current supplied to it.
