LTC4065EDC-4.4#PBF Overview
The DFN EP package is appropriate for it. There are 6 pins on it. The minimum supply voltage for this electrical part should not be less than 3.75V volts. It is recommended that the power IC's supply voltage not exceed 5.5V volts. It should not be less than -40°C in order to activate this power management IC. Temperatures below 85°C are recommended for its use. The output voltage is 4.4V. Under 5.5V, it is possible to power the battery instrument input voltage. Input voltages below 3.75V are suitable for the power IC. Batteries should be powered under 750mA for safety reasons.
