AT40K20-2FQC Overview
There are two packages that contain fpga chips: PQFP package and X package. The FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY-series of FPGAs are composed of this type. Having 130 I/Os makes data transfers more coherent. Logic blocks consist of 1024 logic elements/cells. The supply voltage is 5V volts. This device is equipped with 256 separate outputs, which makes it a very versatile device. In total, it has 304 terminations on each end. During its maximal operating temperature, this module reaches 70°C. In order to achieve 0°C, the operating temperature must be higher than 0°C. The building block that forms the basis of the system contains 30000 gates. This device has a pin count of 304 in fpga semiconductor. Data and programs can be stored in this FPGA module's 1kB memory. FPGAs such as this one have a maximum frequency around 100MHz. The FPGA implements the design by using 20000 equivalent gates in order to achieve the desired result.
