MF51B103F3380 Overview

A NTC thermistor must have a resistance tolerance of ±1% in order to operate. For reliable performance, NTC thermistors should be set to -20°C~250°C. Temperatures of 250°C provide reliable operation of NTC thermistors. It's best to operate NTC thermistors at -20°C for reliability.
