It uses the Bulk package in order to optimize the performance of the RF Switches.In order for it to operate properly, RF Switch's operating temperature should be at -45°C~85°C.WiMax, WLAN RF Type from the RF switch ic.There is 1.8V~5V voltage limit on the RF Switch.
