On-state currents of this device are maximally powered by 510A.Current RMS is the average strength of the current without regard to its direction, and the current's RMS current (Irms) is 800mA.For a device to function normally, it is important that the RMS on-state current remains below 0.8A.Devices are characterized by their repetitive peak off-state voltage, which, in this case, is 150V.Electrical, electromagnetic, and electronic devices require a holding current (hypostatic) to remain in the 'ON' state, and the current may be 5mA.Thyristors have a forward voltage of 1.7V, which is the amount of voltage required to get current flowing across a diode.In order to determine the effectiveness of insulation on conductors, leakage current can be measured and its maximum leakage current can be set as 0.01mA.DC gate trigger current-Max of 0.2mA is the gate current required to switch a device from blocked to unblocked (On).
