CMJ0130 TR PBFREE Overview

Buck boost converter is embedded in the Cut Tape (CT) package.In this case, voltage regulator has been packaged in the same way as SOD-123F.A mounting hole is provided for Surface Mount to mount this current regulator.Temperatures should not exceed -65°C~150°C during operation.Current regulator supports the input voltage of 100V Max.In addition to the maximum design flexibility that 130μA provides, its output current is also quite high.In order to include these current regulations, there is a part called Current Regulator Diodes that includes them.
