There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 169-LFBGA package and X package. Fpga chips consists of FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY elements. The device has 130 I/O ports for more coherent data transfer. To form a fundamental building block, there are 8000 logic elements/cells. Fpga chips is powered from a supply voltage of 3V. Surface Mount-connectors can be used to attach this FPGA module to the development board. Fpga chips operates at a voltage of 2.85V~3.465V and uses a battery to supply power. This is a type of FPGA that is part of the MAX? 10 series of FPGAs. While operating, the operating temperature should be kept within a range of -40°C~100°C TJ. Unlike other FPGA models, this one is contained in Tray for the sake of space saving. In total, it has 169 terminations on each end.
