Upon delivery, a Tape & Reel (TR) case will be provided for it.Serializer/Deserializer is packaged in 49-TFBGA case.Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type.-40°C~85°C TA operating temperature varies with the device.This chip has an output that is connected to 3V~3.6V volts of power.The user can enter input through LVCMOS, LVTTL forms.The output type of interface ic is recognized as LVDS.10 inputs should be operated.Serializer/Deserializer is possible to maintain 1 outputs on the device.
