AS1325-BSTT-50 Overview
It uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the SOT-23-6 package. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Fixed output generated. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. -40°C~85°C TA should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. There is no dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage requirement for this regulator. As a result of the 1A Switch output current, voltage regulator offers maximum flexibility in design. Voltage regulator is capable of giving voltage at 5V volts. The switching regulator operation of the system is controlled by 6 pins.
