AS1325-BSTT-50 Overview

It uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the SOT-23-6 package. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Fixed output generated. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. -40°C~85°C TA should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. There is no dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage requirement for this regulator. As a result of the 1A Switch output current, voltage regulator offers maximum flexibility in design.
