AS1337B-BTDT Overview
For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package. There are 8 terminations in this voltage regulator. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. The space-saving 8-WDFN Exposed Pad package is available for this voltage regulator. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Adjustable output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. Operating at -40°C~85°C TA is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. 1.2MHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 0.65V. As a result, the output voltage of the voltage regulator 12v (Min/Fixed) is 2.5V. This voltage regulator 12v features maximum design flexibility thanks to its 850mA Switch output current. As far as the voltage input is concerned, DC DC switching regulator can accept up to 4.5V. A regulator voltage's peak reflow temperature amounts to NOT SPECIFIED being indestructible. The voltage regulator 12v is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 1.2V for operation. A voltage of 5V volts can be generated by DC DC switching regulator. To operate the voltage regulator 12v, 8 pins are required. In order to meet the requirements of the switching regulator operation, the maximum output current reaches 200mA A. In this case, a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum supply voltage of 650mV volts is required to ensure reliable performance.
