AS1747-BTDT Product Details
AS1747-BTDT Overview
As the electronic part is packed in 10-WFDFN Exposed Pad, international shipping is convenient. High reliability is achieved by using advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR). In Surface Mount, this analog switch is mounted. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have a number of circuits 2:1. Temperatures around -40°C~85°C TA are extended for operation. On the other hand, analog switches can be constructed using SPDT switching circuits. This multiplexer is composed of 2 circuits. Internally, this switch multiplexer has a resistance of 850mOhm. For details about the functions of 10 pins, please refer to the datasheets. It is generally not recommended to supply a voltage higher than 5.5V to the switch device in normal circumstances. The digital multiplexer has a low cost Single supply. 1.8V is the lowest voltage that should be fed to the electronic electronic part. In order to operate this switch device, it would need a current of 10nA. Using only a single voltage supply, this analog switch requires 1.8V~5.5V voltage. Putting voltage greater than 1μA on the multiplexer may cause damage.
