AS3435-EQFM Overview

This product comes in the form of a 36-VFQFN Exposed Pad package.As far as packaging is concerned, it comes in a Tape & Reel (TR) package.There is a type of mounting that is Surface Mount for the gadget.Power sources of 1V~1.8V should work.Reflow reaches its peak temperature at 260 when the reflow process is completed.There are two figures referred to as 1 and A.In order for it to work properly, it should be warmer than -20°C.The maximum working temperature is currently set at 85°C.The voltage of the supply, Vsup, must be larger than the voltage of the load, 1V.One is included as part of the Surface Mount mount package, which is included in the price.
