AS3647B-ZWLT Overview
In order to save board space, the led driver uses the 6-UFBGA, WLCSP package. Using this LED driver, there are 2 outputs.This mounting method is Surface Mount.It is highly performing and reliable when it emerges as a DC DC Regulator.The led light driver is capable of operating at the operating temperature of -30°C~85°C TA.The benefits of Camera Flash are considerable.Based on the frequency of 4MHz, it operates on the basis of a pulse.Failures may occur if the voltage supply is below 2.7V.There is no maximum value acceptable for the supply voltage, so 4.4V is acceptable.2.8V~5.5V is the output voltage.
