AS3648B-ZWLM Overview

13-UFBGA, WLCSP package saves space on the board. This LED driver has 2 outputs. The led driver mounting is done by using Surface Mount.Initially, it emerges as a DC DC Regulator with high efficiency and a high degree of reliability. It is possible for the led driver ic to operate normally at -30°C~85°C TA.It provides considerable benefits for Camera Flash.A frequency of 4MHz is used as the basis for operation. If the voltage supply is less than 2.7V, undetermined failures will occur. There is a voltage output of 2.8V~5.5V.The voltage range of this device is optimized for a maximum supply voltage of 4.4V.
