Ready for shipping the power management in Tape & Reel (TR) package.In order to facilitate transportation, it is packaged the power management in 124-TFBGA .Surface Mount is a universal mounting method that is easy to adapt.The power management is designed for use with applications at Portable Equipment .A temperature setting of -40°C~85°C is recommended to avoid malfunctions.It works with 3V~5.5V voltage.It is equipped with a Surface Mount that facilitates mounting on a PCB or other board.An operating voltage of 7mA is required for this power management ic.
