Tape & Reel (TR) is acceptable as a shipping the power management method.A convenient packaging is provided in the form of 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad .For easy adaptation, Surface Mount is a universal mounting method.The power management is intended for use at Handheld/Mobile Devices, Solid State Drives (SSD) as well as other applications.Ideally, the operating temperature of the power management ic should be set to -40°C~85°C TA to avoid any malfunctions.As a result, this power management is powered by 2.7V~5.5V voltage.The supply current of the power ic should be conducted at 110μA .
