Using Tape & Reel (TR) as a shipping the power management path is acceptable.To facilitate transportation, it is packaged the power management in 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad .An easy-to-adapt universal mounting system is provided by Surface Mount .The power management is targeted at Handheld/Mobile Devices, Solid State Drives (SSD) and other applications.Keeping the operating temperature of the power management ic -40°C~85°C TA will prevent malfunctions.As a result, this power management is powered by 2.7V~5.5V voltage.It is recommended that the power ic's supply current be conducted at 110μA .
