AS3711-BQFP Overview

Tape & Reel (TR) is acceptable for shipping the power management.It is packaged the power management in 56-VFQFN Exposed Pad for convenient transportation.The Surface Mount mounting method allows for easy adaptation.The power management is targeted at Handheld/Mobile Devices and other applications.It is recommended that the operating temperature of the power management ic be set to -40°C~85°C TA to prevent malfunctions.It works with 2.7V~5.5V voltage.It is equipped with a Surface Mount that facilitates mounting on a PCB or other board.In order for the power ic to work correctly, its supply current must be conducted at 500μA .It is not recommended to exceed 85°C in temperature.A temperature lower than -40°C is unsuitable for the ic power supply.
