The package uses a neat 20-LCC (J-Lead) interface.External packaging for the Tube series.0°C~70°C-qualified.This device can be programmed using the OTP language.A voltage of 3V~3.6V 4.75V~5.25V is applied to it.I have mounted this memory device in Surface Mount.There is a limit to the size of data storage of 440kb bytes.Try searching "EPC1441" for more parts.There is a requirement that it is supplied with a voltage of 3.3V.Different functions can be assigned to 20 terminations.In order to use this memory device, a maximum voltage of 3.6V should be used.FPGA is imperative that the voltage of the device supply is at least 3V if the device is to work properly.The memory chip in question is a CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip.If you're reflow soldering, you shouldn't go above 245.This memory transmit data in the SERIAL process way.An operating voltage of 0.03mA is allowed for the memory chip.FPGA is a 10MHz-frequency memory IC.There is a COMMON configuration for the memory's I/O.You should use a 3.3/5V power supply.The inclusion of IT CAN ALSO OPERATE AT 5V SUPPLY as part of our product line has been done in order to better serve our customers' needs.EPC series devices are included in it.
