EPC1441TI32 Overview
An interesting 32-TQFP package is used.Packing on the outside is Tray.An individual who is qualified to operate within the -40°C~85°C domain.Using the OTP axis, it can be programmed to do whatever you want.FPGA is fed wFPGAh a voltage of 3V~3.6V 4.75V~5.25V.Mounted in Surface Mount is this memory device.Data storage is limited to 440kb bytes.To find other similar parts, search for "EPC1441".The supply voltage should be 3.3V.Different functions can be assigned to 32 terminations.There is a maximum voltage of 3.6V that can be applied to this memory device.3V must be the minimum voltage supplied to the device.A CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip is shown here.Reflow soldering should be done at 235°C maximum.SERIAL-processing is used to transmit data through this memory using the SERIAL-processing algorithm.An operating voltage of 0.03mA is allowed for the memory chip.Using a 10MHz frequency, this memory IC can work at high speeds.A COMMON configuration is used for the memory's I/O.Memory is recommended that a 3.3/5V power supply be used.Thus, IT CAN ALSO OPERATE AT 5V SUPPLY is included to better serve customers.The EPC series device is one of them.
