FPGA uses a neat 88-LFBGA package.Packaging for the external use of Tray.0°C~70°C license holder.In System Programmable is the program that allows it to be programmed.The voltage fed to it is 3V~3.6V.The memory device is mounted in Surface Mount.There is a limit to the size of data storage of 16Mb bytes.Other components related to "EPC16" can also be found by searching the word.3.3V is the required supply voltage.Various functions can be applied to 88 terminations.As long as the maximum voltage of the memory device is 3.6V, then the memory device can be used.If the device needs to be supplied with power, then a minimum voltage of 3V is required.A CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip is shown here.FPGA is recommended that the reflow soldering temperature be maintained at no more than 260 during the process.PARALLEL-processing is used to transmit data through this memory using the PARALLEL-processing algorithm.In order for a memory chip to function properly, it must be subjected to a voltage of not more than 0.09mA.Using a 66.7MHz frequency, this memory IC can work at high speeds.Memory is recommended to use a 3.3V power supply.The device belongs to the EPC series.More specifically, it can be considered to be a kind of Flash Memories.
