EPC1LI20 Overview
There is a neat 20-LCC (J-Lead) package that is used in this program.The external packaging of Tube is made of Tube plastic.A qualified individual who has the ability to operate within -40°C~85°C.Using OTP, you can program it.FPGA is powered by a voltage which is 3V~3.6V 4.5V~5.5V volts, and this voltage is the voltage from which the generator is powered.The memory device is mounted in the Surface Mount position.There is a limit to the size of data storage of 1Mb bytes.You can search "EPC1" for other related parts.The supply voltage of the device must be 3.3V in order to operate correctly.Different types of 20 terminations are available with different functions.Using this memory device with a maximum voltage of 3.6V is possible.3V is the minimum voltage required to supply the device.An CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip.In reflow soldering, the temperature should be controlled to a maximum of 220 degrees during the process.Through SERIAL-processing, data is transmitted from this memory to the CPU.The memory chip is allowed to operate from a voltage no higher than 0.05mA.There is a memory IC in this package that works at 10MHz frequencies.As far as memory I/O is concerned, it is configured as COMMON.Using a 5V power supply is recommended for best results.In order to better serve the needs, IT CAN ALSO OPERATE AT 5V SUPPLY is included.This is one of the devices that are part of the EPC series.
