The package uses a neat 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) interface.External packaging for the Tube series.An individual who is qualified to operate within the -40°C~85°C domain.Using OTP, you can program it.FPGA is fed wFPGAh a voltage of 3V~3.6V 4.5V~5.5V.There is a memory device mounted in Through Hole.A maximum of 1Mb bytes of data can be stored.Other related parts can be found by searching "EPC1".The supply voltage is 3.3V.Different types of 8 terminations are available with different functions.Using this memory device with a maximum voltage of 3.6V is possible.If the device needs to be supplied with power, then a minimum voltage of 3V is required.Using CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chips, this is what you get.The reflow soldering process should be done at a temperature no higher than NOT SPECIFIED.By using SERIAL-processing, data can be transmitted through this memory in a secure manner.For the memory chip to operate, it requires a voltage not exceeding 0.05mA.FPGA is a 10MHz-frequency memory IC.A COMMON configuration is used for the memory's I/O.A power supply that is rated at 3.3/5V is recommended for use with this product.The inclusion of IT CAN ALSO OPERATE AT 5V SUPPLY will help customers better meet their needs.Memory is one of the EPC series devices.
