EPC2LC20 Overview


FPGA uses a neat 20-LCC (J-Lead) package.Tube external packaging.0°C~70°C-qualified.Through In System Programmable, it is programmable.This device is fed with a voltage of 3V~3.6V 4.75V~5.25V which is applied to it.Surface Mount is the mounting position of this memory device.There is a limit to the size of data storage of 1.6Mb bytes.Look for "EPC2" for other related parts.The supply voltage of the device must be 3.3V in order to operate correctly.FPGA is possible to connect different functions on the 20 axis at different terminations.As long as the maximum voltage of the memory device is 3.6V, then the memory device can be used.An operating voltage of 3V is required in order to supply the device.This is a CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip.Reflow soldering should be done at 220°C maximum.With the help of SERIAL-processing, data is sent through this memory.For the memory chip to operate, it requires a voltage not exceeding 0.05mA.There is a memory IC in this package that works at 12.5MHz frequencies.Using a 3.3/5V power supply is recommended for best results.Our product line now includes IT CAN ALSO OPERATE AT 5V SUPPLY in order to provide a better level of service to our customers.The device belongs to the EPC series.In more specific terms, it is a type of Flash Memories.
