EPCE4QC100 Overview


An interesting 100-BQFP package is used.Packing on the outside is Tray.Qualified to perform a variety of tasks within the 0°C~70°C environment.This device can be programmed using the In System Programmable language.An electric current of 3V~3.6V is applied to it.FPGA is mounted in Surface Mount.FPGA is limFPGAed to 4MB bytes for the size of the data storage.There is a requirement that it is supplied with a voltage of 3.3V.There are different functions associated with 100 terminations.There is a maximum voltage of 3.6V that can be applied to this memory device.An operating voltage of 3V is required in order to supply the device.Using CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chips, this is what you get.The reflow soldering process should be done at a temperature no higher than NOT SPECIFIED.With the help of PARALLEL-processing, data is sent through this memory.This is one of the devices that are part of the EPC series.
