The package uses a neat 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) interface.External packaging for the Tube series.-40°C~85°C license holder.In System Programmable allows for programmability.This device is fed with a voltage of 2.7V~3.6V which is applied to it.The memory device is mounted in the Surface Mount position.FPGA is limFPGAed to 64Mb bytes for the size of the data storage.3V is the voltage it requires as a supply.Different functions are associated with 16 terminations.As long as the maximum voltage of the memory device is 3.6V, then the memory device can be used.There must be a minimum voltage of 2.7V to supply the device with the power it needs.This is a CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip.By using SERIAL-processing, data can be transmitted through this memory in a secure manner.The memory chip is allowed to operate from a voltage no higher than 0.015mA.Taking the speed of the IC into consideration, this is a memory IC that can work at a frequency of 100MHz.The EPCQ-A series device is one of them.
